We are a fast-growing full-stack development company building cutting-edge Web2 and Web3 applications, including advanced AI-powered tools for industries ranging from logistics and e-commerce to healthcare and productivity. We’re now scaling our AI division — and we need a strategic, communicative, and technically brilliant AI Lead to take charge.
As our AI Lead, you will serve as the technical architect, strategic thinker, and client-facing expert for all AI-driven initiatives at Noble Scripts. You’ll own the full lifecycle of AI projects — from ideation and architecture to delivery and optimization — while also acting as the primary technical advocate in conversations with our global clients.
You must be as comfortable leading a technical team as you are pitching complex AI solutions to enterprise stakeholders. This is a foundational leadership role in a company where AI is at the heart of our future.
Lead and Architect AI Solutions:
Design robust, scalable AI/ML architectures tailored to diverse client needs.
Provide technical leadership across NLP, computer vision, predictive modeling, and GenAI.
Stay ahead of AI/ML trends and guide tech stack decisions (e.g., LLMs, vector DBs, MLOps, fine-tuning strategies, etc.).
Client Communication & Consulting:
Act as the main AI representative in client meetings — understand their needs and clearly communicate the value we bring.
Translate business problems into AI solutions and vice versa.
Convince and inspire clients with clarity, strategy, and technical depth.
Team Leadership & Mentoring:
Recruit, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
Set coding standards, architecture patterns, and review key deliverables.
Drive a strong engineering culture focused on quality, innovation, and speed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Full-Stack Developers.
Ensure smooth handoffs and coordination between AI modules and other components.
Define KPIs and success metrics for AI performance and business impact.
Strong English and Communication:
Fluent in English, able to hold clear, persuasive conversations with global clients.
Skilled in explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Deep AI/ML Expertise:
5+ years of experience in applied AI, ML, and data science.
Hands-on expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LLMs, prompt engineering, data pipelines, MLOps, and vector search.
Demonstrated success leading AI teams or projects from 0 to production.
Architectural Thinking:
Proven ability to architect and implement scalable, production-grade AI systems.
Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), containerization, and deployment best practices.
Leadership & Influence:
Strong team leadership skills — with the ability to both mentor and inspire.
Experience interfacing with clients or acting as a technical pre-sales consultant is a strong plus.
Experience with open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
Startup or agency experience — able to thrive in ambiguity and move fast.
Experience with AI applications in Web3, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.
Autonomy and ownership over AI strategy at the company level.
